Connection issues for users with certain email addresses

When users register, this is done without problem, they must then validate their email address and they are redirected to the connection area but with certain users, generally gmail addresses,
when they want to connect, nothing happens, making it impossible for them to connect to their space, resulting in a loss of customers. There are no error messages on the site or in the site administration.

Please note that we don’t have any restrictions on email providers, so this is most likely a setting of your SMTP plugin. Please check if your email is set up correctly: How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center
