Once an order is marked as ‘Complete’, the button ‘Contact’ dissapears.
Is there a snippet to keep this?
In addition, is there a way I can add additional buttons for users to upload images etc (Condition photos)?

This is how it works by default: if the order is executed, this button is hidden. Unfortunately, there is no simple snippet; it will require a custom implementation.
There is no such option if you mean to add an attached file to orders. You can enable the Allow file attachments feature in HivePress > Settings > Messages as a workaround.
