In my opinion, the seller should then be redirected to the selection of packages, to encourage him to buy the package. Even if he wanted to convert the ad into a paid ad now, there is no way.
It already works this way, but only if the limit of the current user is exceeded. If you click renew and the current user has no packages with the remaining limit, there should be a redirect to the Select Package page (renewals are counted in the same way as new listing submissions). We’ll try to improve the UX of this process in any case.
