CPU goes to 100% when uploading photos

Hello,
On my WordPress site (using HivePress theme) everything works fine in normal use. But whenever I upload a photo, the CPU usage jumps to 100%. There are no problems when logging in or browsing pages, it only happens during photo uploads.

I will also attach screenshots. Could you please tell me what might cause this and how I can fix it?

Please try testing the upload directly in the WordPress Media section to rule out any underlying issues.
