Create conditional select attributes

I need Conditional Attributes from attribute
For example.
main categories: sell, rent
Attribute: residential, commercial
if lister click on commercial attribute then different attribute to be show.

I don’t want to do sub categories as residential and commercial (just giving this example to elaborate what I want)

Sorry, there’s no way to do this at the moment. I highly recommend using hierarchical Select attributes, they really simplify the editing process and you can use both parent and child options in the attribute display format.
