I want to create a very simple listing with just NGOs in my area.
I can create their listing with the description but I want to also want to have their email and social media as an attribute. I have followed the youtube, line for line and it ahs not worked.
if you could please help.

the attribute is called ‘learn more’ it shows up in the drop down but that’s all the little symbol for a laptob that I had added on the back end is not there

I now have the attribute and the little symbol so thank you.
But I another question. Can I embed a link into this attribute? So I have my attribute which is ‘learn more’ and a little symbol next to it - but it wont allow me to add and text to the ‘learn more’ can i embed a link to their website into this? or can how do i add text next to this. it doesn’t make sense to have this attribute on its own with no text.

sure you can do that. Look at the first screenshot I pasted.
You can add some static text, including html :
e.g.
<b> . %value% . </b>
