I’m trying to create a settings template but I’m not sure what widget (or some other method) there is to display this form inside of my template. Any ideas?

If you overwrite the User (Settings) template, this block is named Form.
That was it. I wasn’t sure which widget to place in. Had everything else right. Thanks for assisting.
