Creating geographical zones

Hi, We are using the rental hive theme to create a marketplace for events suppliers. In rental hive the location of the property is fixed and the user searches for properties within an area. In our model the location of an event will be fixed and we need to match the user with suppliers that are willing to go to that location. Therefore we need the suppliers to specify which areas they are willing to work in.

I saw in the just eat sign up process that they have a map divided into regions and the user can click on those to specify where they are willing to operate. Does anyone know a plug-in that can create this functionality for us?
