Custom header menu - location

Hi there,

I’d like to change the header menu by a custom one.

This means in my case a “tab bar” style like in apps with icons rather than texts.

How can I create a custom one ? I don’t think CSS changes will be enough, do I have to change some things on HP files ?

The fact is that it’s clearly not this result on my pages by simply copying codes.
