Customer is not able to login and and customers are not reciving mail

i tried evrything but the customer is not receving the mail and no one is able to login in website .can you please resolve the it it causing so much loss
please can you respond to me as soon as possible and resolve and give me the solution .

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. I have to create so many because that the urgent requirment as that registering user is the most important step

Have same problem. Test mails sent, but not hivepress ones
