Dashboard disappeared

Hi,
I tried adding a listing under my admin account and also changed the name of my vendor account to have both my first and last name.
I also changed the permalinks under settings, such as vendors and listings.
Now I get an error whenver I try to go somewhere on the dashboard of my admin account and also of another account I created under a different email.

Any ideas why that is?

It seems like changing the name back to only first name fixed it, is that the reason? Just in order to understand if this happens again.
