Delete the list without loss for the client limit

I’m using a plugin Paid Listings with Woocommerce

if there is such a situation that the client paid for the order of a tariff plan for placing several listings and make his listing, but this does not pass moderation according to the rules and I do not want to place this listing on my website and delete it, how can I do so that the client does not have an item debited from the counter for publication or returned back?

Unfortunately, there’s no such feature, it would require a custom implementation. But we plan to improve Paid Listings features in future updates.
