I have added some fields to the vendor listing form using attributes, but many fields that were not added as attributes are also appearing.
For the request form: I added fields from attributes and removed extra fields via code (unset the fields that are not needed). However, when submitting the form, it shows that the Budget field is required, even though it should not be.
Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. If this issue exists, please provide more details (e.g., your actions step by step with screenshots, screencast, etc.). This will help us to reproduce and resolve the issue faster.
If I remember correctly, you contacted us by e-mail and we provided you with a solution. The issue was with caching and third-party plugins. Therefore, I recommend disabling all third-party plugins except HivePress. Alternatively, try moving all attributes to draft status and then enabling them one by one to see which one is causing the issue.
i have deactivated all third party plugins & drafted all attributes. now hivepress vendor option is not showing because hivepress subscription addon automatically removed. i only disabled all third party plugins instead of hivepress.
Could you please clarify what you mean by the vendor option? Also, can you provide more details on which HivePress subscription you are referring to and where it was deleted? Please note that your screenshot shows about 4 plugins that are third-party and not disabled.
We have checked this issue locally and everything seems to be working correctly, if you have disabled all third-party plugins, caching and custom implementation, we recommend that you additionally contact your hosting provider, as caching may be enabled on their side.
Please note that these issues are most likely related to third-party plugins and caching, as we have not received any other feedback that something is not working correctly. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. Also, please note that there is caching on the part of the hosting provider, so we recommend checking their settings.
P.S. If these issues persist, please provide more details (e.g., your actions step by step with screenshots, screencast, etc.). This will help us to reproduce and resolve the issue faster (to do this, please create a new topic on the forum).
