Demo Import issue with PostGreSQL

Hi Support Team,

I have integrated ExpertHive along with its dependent plugin using a PostgreSQL database. When I try to import the default demo data, I encounter the following issue:

The import files for ExpertHive were successfully downloaded!

  • Site URL: http://localhost/wordpress
  • Data file: /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/demo-content-import-file_2025-03-03__06-44-35.xml
  • Widget file: /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/demo-widgets-import-file_2025-03-03__06-44-35.json
  • Customizer file: /var/www/html/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/demo-customizer-import-file_2025-03-03__06-44-35.dat

    • Text - No Title - Imported
    • Navigation Menu - Services - Imported
    • Categories - Blog - Imported
    • Navigation Menu - Social - Imported

Additionally, the category listings are not showing in the WP-admin section when I try to add new listings.

If I use a MySQL database instead, it works fine.

Sorry for the delay. As for the import logs, everything is fine except for one image that didn’t get imported for some reason. If the issue still persists, we can import a demo version for you, please send temporary WP access to support@hivepress.io, and we will import the demo content for you. You can create a temporary access link using this plugin Temporary Login Without Password – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org

Also, if you mean that this log is displayed on the home page, then make sure you have selected the correct page in WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Home page.
