when I am viewing an ad or listing I have 2 options to communicate with the seller, what is the difference between the reply ad button and the send message to seller icon
Both forms send a message, but the “Reply to Listing” one also links message to the current listing (it’s then displayed above the message in Messages), also changes the email subject to “New reply to %listing_title%”.
