When registering the option to automatically send email when a message is received, it is only set for users and not for Host, I do not see the option to add a notification only for host or a shared option.
I would also like it if the same messages could be sent but by text message to the phone
Yes, this email event is the same for both regular users and vendors, there’s no difference in the email text. Please try to set some common text for this purpose.
Currently there are no SMS notifications, this would require a custom implementation.
