Direct Vendor Registration Form redirect to home page

Hello,
I tried setting up the direct registration form for vendors but it does not work properly. Every time I click on it, it only sends me back to homepage.
I already did everything from the: " How to add a vendor registration form" (How to add a vendor registration form - HivePress Help Center)
Also I already refreshed permalinks from: How to refresh WordPress permalinks (How to refresh WordPress permalinks - HivePress Help Center)

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
