I want vendors to be displayed on the front end under their company names. I followed the steps outlined in your guide How to customize the vendor names - HivePress Help Center.
In Vendors > Attributes, I created a new Text attribute called “Company”, marked it as “Editable” and “Required”. Then, in HivePress > Settings > Vendors > Display, I selected the newly created “Company” attribute as the Display Name. Everything works fine, and vendors are now presented under their company names on the front end.
However, when a vendor replies to a user’s review of its listings, all replies are published under the username instead of the company name, which may be confusing for users. On the front end, users see that the listing belongs to “Company A”, but all review replies from this company appear under individual username.
Is there a way to ensure that vendors’ replies to user reviews are published under the custom attribute (e.g., the “Company” attribute in my case) instead of the username?
