Displaying Reviews + Selecting Request Category

Please help me on these two issues:

1. How can I display three reviews at a time (like in 3 columns ) and then use a slider to display other previous reviews ? I only see one review and it does not really look great as I need to have a dedidate block for this.
2. My request categories has both parent categories and child/sub categories. However, I noticed that I can’t use parent cataegory when creating a request. Meanig I am force to use only the child category. Trying to use the parent categiry gives me an error “ please select a cateory” and can’t submit the request.

Hi,

1. Please go to HivePress > Settings > Reviews and select the number of reviews to display on the page. At the moment there’s no slider feature, but the “View more” button works similarly to an arrow: it loads new reviews without a page reload. Reviews are displayed one under another vertically, and displaying them in columns would require some custom CSS adjustments.
2. This is actually how categories are designed to work, it encourages users to select the most specific category possible. However, users can still search by any parent category of the selected child category, the system just assigns the most specific (child) category to the listing. So even though a listing is assigned to a child category, it will still appear in searches for all parent category levels above it.
