Email confirmation link not received

Good evening, can someone help me? I have set up the marketplace and configured all the emails to be received, from registration to posting an ad. However, the current issue is that when a user signs up, I do not receive an email notification indicating that a new user has registered. Additionally, the user does not receive an email to confirm their email address. I do not understand the reason for these issues.

Please make sure that outgoing emails are set up How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center . Also, please make sure that this email is not overridden with empty content in the HivePress/Emails section.
