Email token does not work

In the approval email for the lists, these symbols are not working: %user%, %listing%.
The others work perfectly.
I also need to include the category of the approved list, for example %category%.

Hi,

Those are object tokens - they must have an additional value. For instance, %user.first_name%.

Hi,

%listing.categories% should work.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any). If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users, and refresh the permalink structure in Settings/Permalinks (choose any structure with %postname% if the default one is selected). After this, try once again to check if the issue persists.

If it does, please provide more details: what exactly do you specify in the template, which template (you may send a screenshot)
Please also send a screenshot of the email you receive.
