I’ve edited the email verified template but it’s not updating, is there another template I need to change?

After a user has clicked the link in an email to verify their email address they land on a page that says “Email Verified”, I need to change the layout of this page and have edited the template in HivePress but it’s not changing.
I have also tried editing the template file and loading it up to my child theme but nothing is changing.
I just need to change the button on this page to go to the submit listing page.
Please make sure that you selected the “Email Verified” template when adding a custom template as shown in this screencast How to customize templates - HivePress Help Center We tested the same template locally and it seems to work.
Alternatively, it’s possible to override this button via a child theme and change the URL. If both options don’t work, please send a temporary WP access link Temporary Login Without Password – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org via email support@hivepress.io and we’ll try to help.
I did edit the correct template but now the “Email Verified” page doesn’t even show, it goes straight to the profile page.
