Email with HTML Code to setup

Dear All,
We want to set up individual Email for the Request etc. Can I use HTML and copy it into the Email Templates?
I tried it but did not work.
It would be great to receive a feedback.

Sure, if you customize emails in HivePress/Emails, you can switch to the HTML tab (Text) in the editor and paste the HTML code. Note that many HTML tags and styles are not supported in emails for security reasons, so it’s better to use some ready-made email template and copy its HTML code.
