Emails For Certain Things

Good day,
I wanted to enquire about how I go about creating additional emails to be sent to users. These are the ones I require:
||1|Email needs to be setup to confirm booking has been made by the user (Vendor Does recieve one but we want the User to receive an email too)
||2|Reminder to pay email| - User hasn’t paid certain hours before booking, reminder to pay
||3|Vendor to get booking reminder a day before booking

Lastly when a refund is requested, an email goes to the Vendor, not the user, the vendor would not request a refund
