I am using Brevo for CRM and email marketing. Do I need to use the Brevo plugin to embed the form? I have not downloaded it yet, but when I paste the shortcode to the WP site and then preview it is only showing the top section of the form in the block. How can I show the entire form in the block so the user does not have to scroll within the block?
Hi,
This is actually related to a third-party integration, but I’ll do my best to help guide you.
Our theme is built according to WordPress standards, so if their shortcode is designed to embed a form, it should work when you insert the shortcode into the page content in WP > Pages. Please make sure you’re placing the shortcode in the correct location within the page editor.
If the form isn’t embedding properly or only partially appears, I’d recommend reaching out to their support team as well, since it might be related to settings or configuration on their plugin’s side.

Thank you. I actually used the custom HTML block and that worked. The shortcode block was the issue.
