Error loading block: The response is not a valid JSON response + error 503

Hello everyone
I have a issue loading blocks on the page when I try to edit it. At the place of the block I find the following message: Error loading block: The response is not a valid JSON response. Also I have another problem, it is error 503.
For information I have two external plugins installed namely: LiteSpeed Cache and Super Progressive Web Apps.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
