Hi,
I understand that HivePress creates an Expert profile only after a user adds at least one listing. However, the profile remains even after the listing is deleted, which leads to a “Nothing Found” message when selecting the Expert from the directory to show their listings. The ‘allow direct registration’ is off.
Is this the intended behavior? I would have expected users without any active listings to be removed from the Expert list.

Please clarify, do you mean that the profile remains after all listings are deleted? If so, this is the expected behavior, and if you want to delete a vendor or user completely, you need to do it in WordPress > Users or Vendors.
