Expiration Period work incorrectly

Hello,

I’ve set my Expiration period for HivePress to 30 days. It was previously set to 7 days. But Paid Listings still expire at 7 days. Free listings expire at 30 days as set in HivePress settings.

What do I need to do to resolve this?

Please note that you need to configure one of the expiration periods. This is either by using Paid Listings or by using this documentation: How to add a listing expiration date - HivePress Help Center

Yes. I have done exactly that.

Still, the Paid Listings expire at the previously set expiration period of 7 days. Free Listings expire after 30 days as set here.

Hi,

Please note that if you set a global attribute in HivePress > Settings > Listings, it will not be applied to this listing if this listing is published using a created package from the Paid Listings extension. That is, the package expiration period is applied over and above the one specified in the settings.

I’m not seeing where you can set the expiration period on a Paid Listing.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Listings > Packages > Edit package > and there you can find expiration field.
