Fatal error on search bar

If i click on my location in the search bar and then click search i get a fatal error.

Please advise if there is a fix for this. Thank you

Hi,

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. As an alternative, try unpublishing the attributes and testing this error in more detail, for example, on another category, it may be the case in one category. If the error still exists, try unpublishing your existing listings as well.

Hi Andrii, im using Hivepress listings on a Buddy boss theme. The them itself relies on caching for its users to not lose information. Is there another way round by not turning caching off?

Also is there an email for you so i can sen a video ofwhats happening?

Can you please clarify whether this error disappears if you switch to a non-BuddyBoss theme, for example? Also, does this error disappear if you disable all third-party plugins? You can send the video to our email: support@hivepress.io
