Favorites page showing account settings

Hi,

My favorites page is just showing the account settings and I can’t see any new favorites page. I just added the Favorites extension - is there any other setup that I must do?

I’ve just realised that this issue is resolved if I switch the permalink to plain. I would like to use the post name permalink to make it more human readable.

example.comm/?hp_route=listings_favorite_page [plain permalink]
example.comm/account/favorites/ [post name permalink]

Is there any way to utilise post name permalinks but not break the favorites page?

Hi,

Please note that this is not our account page. Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. Also, as another option, if this is a WooCommerce profile page, then you need to change the slug to another one in WordPress > Pages.

Thanks for the tips. I went through most of the related forum posts and wasn’t able to find a solution. I have disabled third party plugins and temporarily disabled my code snippets. I’ve also disabled caching for logged in users as recommended by the youtube video series.

And I’m not using woocommerce. Have you seen this issue before? If so, what was done to fix it?

Here is my list of plugins for reference. All of the options in the dropdown for the logged in users have the issue. All of my other pages are working completely fine with the post name permalink. It’s something to do specifically with the dropdown/account permalinks (I think the links that have this routing examplesite.comm/?hp_route=X where X = listings_edit_page for example.

Please try to refresh permalinks: How to refresh WordPress permalinks - HivePress Help Center. Also, please try disabling all third-party plugins except HivePress.
