Fields not selected but still displayed in the search form

Hi,

I’ve encountered an issue with the search form: some fields that are not selected are still being displayed in the interface as empty. This behavior is incorrect and could cause confusion for users.

I’m attaching two screenshots for clarity:

1. The first shows the configuration where the fields are not selected.
2. The second shows how these fields are still visible in the search form.

Sometimes, browser or server-side caching can cause outdated versions of the form to appear. Clear your browser cache and, if applicable, any caching plugins or server caches to ensure you’re viewing the most recent version of the form.
