Filter not functioning?

I have a screen video showing that the filter function is not working. How can I upload or share that?

Thanks for sharing the video. I’m not HivePress staff, and they aren’t always active on the forum over the weekends, but they’ll review this and get back to you soon.

(It does seem like a bug to me anyway, but we’re possibly both just overlooking a setting/option. It’s easily done! Either way, the staff will confirm if it is indeed a bug, and, if so, likely publish a fix soon, or help work out what’s going on.)

Thank you for the details.

The issue appears related to the Years of Experience attribute not being assigned to the second vendor; since Number Range attributes are better used as required fields (as they are always applied), the two options are to either assign the Years of Experience attribute to the second vendor or to remove it from the filter form (and potentially delete it entirely if it’s a non-needed attribute leftover from the demo).

Yes, this was the solution. Thank you. Can you explain the “search any of the selected options” option means when creating an attribute. Does this mean that when a user is using the filter if they ONLY select that one attribute it will still appear in the filter results? I’d like mine to function so that any attributes they select will appear in their filter results. And how does this apply to the search function?

Glad that the issue is resolved.

By default, if this checkbox is not enabled, the filter will return listings that match any one of the selected values. When “Search any of the selected options” is enabled, the filter becomes broader and will display all listings that match any of the checked options.
