I’ve been setting up my tools directory and using the toggle block inserter to create category blocks on my homepage. Each category has its own subcategories, and there’s a filter on the left sidebar for both the subcategories and the pricing model.
The issue I’m facing is that when I test the filter, it doesn’t seem to work. For example, I’ll select a listing that’s part of a specific subcategory, choose the pricing model, and click “Filter,” but nothing happens – the filter isn’t applying.
I’ve gone through a few things to troubleshoot, but I’m not sure if there’s something I need to adjust with attributes or the block settings. Any guidance on how to get this working would be awesome!
Please make sure that the pricing model and category are in at least one listing. Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. If the issue exists, please send us a link to your website and we will take a closer look.
Thanks for your reply! I’ve double-checked, and the Pricing Model attribute is applied to listings in both the category and subcategory, so that part is covered.
To troubleshoot further, I disabled all third-party plugins to check for conflicts, but the issue persists. Additionally, I’ve made sure that caching for logged-in users is disabled (I’m using LiteSpeed Cache).
Unfortunately, the filter for both subcategories and the pricing model still doesn’t work as expected. When I select a subcategory and pricing model, then click “Filter,” nothing changes.

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ll share a screenshot of the Pricing Model attribute settings in Listings > Attributes shortly, so you can test it in more detail.
If necessary, I can also invite you to sign up on my website and provide the appropriate role to review things directly. Just let me know, and I’ll arrange it for you.
Thank you for the details. We have checked your site again and everything seems to be working correctly Awesome Screenshot. Let me know if you have fixed this issue.
Thank you for checking the site and for your prompt response. Unfortunately, I’m still facing the issue where the filters are not working correctly in the categories.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
Cleared the browser and site cache to ensure it’s not a caching issue.
Deactivated all non-essential plugins to rule out plugin conflicts, but the issue persists.
Checked the developer console for errors, but there doesn’t seem to be anything related to the filters.
Verified that my filter settings in Hivepress are configured correctly for the categories.
Despite these steps, the filters still don’t seem to function as expected. Could you please assist me further in resolving this issue? I would be happy to provide additional details, screenshots, or a video demonstrating the problem if needed.
Unfortunately, we can’t reproduce this issue on our side, as everything works correctly both on your site and locally. Please provide more details regarding this issue (e.g., your actions step by step with screencast, etc.). This will help us to reproduce and resolve the issue faster.
