Hi!
I use Number range for different attributes when searching for an apartment.
For example, rooms 1-5 and floors 1-10.
Most people search in a range, for example they want to see apartments with rooms between 2-4 rooms.
But sometimes someone just wants a specific size, for example only see apartments with 1 room.
Unfortunately, I discovered that if I set the sliders to only show apartments with 1 room (the handles on the slider are set to 1-1), all apartments are displayed on the page, in all different sizes, not just one-room apartments.
The problem doesn’t really seem to be that the handles on the sliders are on top of each other because it works perfectly if I, for example, only want to see apartments with 2 rooms, then I set the handles on top of each other, 2-2 and then only two-room apartments are displayed
So it’s only 1-1 that doesn’t work.
Does the slider work like this or is it a bug?
If this is how it works, is there any code available that makes 1-1 work as well?
Hi.
I just wanted to follow up on the slider bug I reported 15 days ago. I appreciate your confirmation that the issue was acknowledged and that a fix is planned.
Do you have an estimated timeline for when this bug might be resolved? It would be helpful to know, as the slider is an important feature for my website.
Hello,
I’m experiencing the same issue on my website. When I apply a price range filter (e.g., minimum 0 and maximum 40), all listings are still being displayed, regardless of the selected range.
