How can I force users to provide a review for vendors upon completing a request?
Unfortunately there’s no such feature in Reviews yet, but we plan to add it.

It would be hard to enforce this since the review has to be written by the customer and the order is completed by then, but we plan to add a modal window and email notification to notify customers on order completion and ask for a review.
