Can you please recommend a forum plugin that will work well with HivePress? I was thinking about bbPress, but the last update was 2 years ago and I’m a bit scared to install a plugin that doesn’t get updated.

You can use bbPress if you don’t have any security issues. We also recommend using forums on a different subdomain. You can also check out the wpForo plugin. But please note that you may need CSS tweaks when using any plugin.
