Free listing is set to allow only one listing but it allows multiple listings

Hi there!
I am experiencing an issue regarding my free listing package. It allows my freelancers to list multiple listings. On my settings I have set up to allow only one free listings, but some of my freelancers have confirmed that it allows them to list as many as they can. How can I resolve this issue?

Hi,

Please try to disable Allow multiple free packages feature in HivePress > Settings > Listings, and check if this issue persists.

I have unchecked the box for that option. There is no tick inside that box, its empty. That is why I am confused.
