If you disabled this feature in the settings after you have already added a vendor and this package for them, it will work like this by default. That vendor will be able to select this package many times. And for example, if you register a new vendor, then he will be able to select this package only once.

i’ve tried with a new account, even if i’ve never enabled this setting, he can choose the free package again.

can this problem come from the fact that i use stripe paiement instead of woo commerce ?

I am using WooCommerce with the ‘non-native’ Stripe Payment Gateway plugin, and the problem does not occur.

I see. Please make sure that you do not have any WooCommerce products linked to the free package. That is, if the multiple free packages feature is disabled and there is no package linked, then the vendor will not be able to purchase more than one free package.
