Please make sure that you set up Google Maps correctly, you can refer to this doc How to get a Google Maps API key - HivePress Help Center.
Also, if you cannot set up Google Maps, we recommend using MapBox; it is easier to set up; you can check out this document to set it up How to get a Mapbox API key - HivePress Help Center.

If you use Google Maps, please make sure that you created a separate secret API key and set it in HivePress/Settings/Integrations (a key without HTTP restrictions - don’t share it anywhere). Only in this case and if Regions are enabled in HivePress/Settings/Geolocations, regions will be generated for new or re-saved listings.

I have the same problem. I can add listings that are in the United States, but if I try to add a listing in different countries, the Google location cannot be discovered…
The bug wasn’t confirmed, please describe the issue in detail - do you mean that regions are not generated for non-US locations?

Please check that you have not set a country restriction in HivePress > Settings > Geolocations.
