I’m looking for a solution for a map that can be used for free – in other words, an alternative to Google Maps or Mapbox.
I’ve been recommended various websites where I can find developers, but I find it difficult to know which of all these programmers to turn to.
If you’ve had a custom map integrated into your HivePress site, I’d really appreciate it if you could share your experience – especially which developer you worked with, and ideally a link to the page where the map is being used. That way, I (and others) can see how it looks and functions, and get a better idea of whether it matches what we’re looking for.
At the moment, I’m using xbelmondo`s plugin and I’m really thankful for that solution – it works great in many ways. However, I’m still looking for a few improvements, such as the ability to display multiple markers at the same address (stacked or spread out), and I’d also like the map to have better resolution or visual quality.
This would be a huge help in finding a suitable solution and a trustworthy person to hire.
