I just started building a website hosted on Hostinger using ListingHive with Elementor and I am not able to add a header image. Previously, I created this site in the same manner on LocalWP and never encountered this issue, but now it appeared from the start and not sure what to do. There are no caching plugins yet (I deleted the default LiteSpeed) and tried with a number of pictures.
What’s more, if I add an image and inspect the page source, the name of the image does appear in the source, but it’s just not visible:
I also went over similar topics such as the below, but it didn’t really help my case:
Our products are compatible with Elementor, though we cannot guarantee complete compatibility across all features. Enhanced compatibility is scheduled for future releases.
Thanks for the suggestions, but I’m afraid it doesn’t help my case. First, the image is uploaded correctly (and is also png/jpeg, so not XML or something available in the plugin) as proved by the page inspect. The issue is just that it’s not visible for some reason.
Second, this is probably one of the most straightforward things you can modify, adding a header image, so I would like to get to the root cause of the issue instead of installing additional plugins.
Please note that in the previous post, it was implied that you need to use our official themes and disable the Elementor plugin for everything to work correctly. This is because we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with third-party plugins, and there is no full integration with Elementor yet.
