Header LCP PageSpeed

Hi!
My website running ListingHive has a low PageSpeed score mostly because of the background image in the header. I tried every snippet (for fetch priority etc.) but nothing seems to work.
I’ve searched this forum and only found this topic Improving LCP score
saying it depends on server speed… but is it really true?
Any trick to speed up header background image to load? Lazy load is disabled on that image, btw.

I also recommend reviewing the discussion in this Site loading speed too low. Any tips or tricks to improve loading speed?.
