Hiding country field (Stripe) in vendor registration page

Hi,

I’m trying to hide the Stripe required country field in the vendor registration page and have it pre-determined. I’ve tried the snippet listed here - Change Vendor Country after account has been created

But it does not work - I keep getting thrown to a undefined message.

Any ideas on how to make this work?
