Holding a Security Deposit AFTER BOOKING END DATE

What status in WooCommerce will hold the security deposit if I need to payout the deposit to the vendor? I wish the security deposit would hold for a certain time AFTER BOOKING END DATE not when the order is paid. This would allow the vendor to inspect the item before we return the deposit to the customer.

Is there any code we can implement to make it hold for let’s say 48 hours? Also, if I am using Stripe, does the security deposit go into my payout account to be paid out to a vendor?
