I have 10 listings created and the host profile only shows 8. How can be edited the host template?

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. You can also try re-saving one of the listings.
