For rental marketplace use cases, it would be helpful to allow the customer to select a check-in and check-out time for a rental and base the total price based on the hourly rate * the number of hours booked.
Example:
Customer 1 rents a golf cart priced at $2.00/hour - rented from 9:00 AM until 12:30 PM - Price is $6.50
Customer 2 rents a golf cart priced at $4.00/hour - rented from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM - Customer pays $12.00
Rental Hive would Also benefit from Check-in / Check-out Times options in the booking form to make it more user friendly

Thanks for the info, Seems like this could be an future feature enhancement since there are many rental based businesses out there that rent products and services by the hour. (Venues, Conference Rooms, Tools Etc) and simplifying the UI away from pre-defined slots to user defined times is much easier for users to manage.
