How can a visitor publish an information or other announcement like on Facebook?

Hi all,

I would like to set up a form for visitors to my site that allows them to create a publication, as offered by Facebook for example.

I found an option as Administrator with “Add an Article”, but I cannot find how to offer the form on my site for a visitor who wishes to publish an article.

Do you have the solution?
