How can I add a description to the blog page?

I want to add a page description that will be visible on the blog page above the posts.

Hi,

Sure, please navigate to WP Dashboards > Pages > Add New Page and add a page as shown in the screenshot: Awesome Screenshot (please note that you need to add the Posts block). After that, please navigate to the WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Posts page > and select the page you created in the previous step.
