How Can I Change Colors & Add Calendar in Keyword Search Field

I wanted to ask a few things.
How can I change the colors of the

  1. Yellow Reviews Star on each profile

  2. Green Check mark on each profile

  3. Yellow Featured box to something else?

  4. How can I add the “Date box” in the “Keyword Search Field” on my homepage like in the Demo?

Where can I go to change those colors and add the Calendar Box in the Keyword Search Field?

Also, how can I make the homepage image cover the whole screen on desktop and tablet?

Got it! Thank you for your reply! Is it possible to at least make the homepage image wider or full screen?

Also, I see that I’m able to add a video, however, whenever I enable this feature, when I add a video, the video option for the new user never shows up for the user to add the video url?

Is there a video on this or documentation I can look at to make sure I’m doing this right?

Hi,

As for changing the page layout, there is no simple solution, it will require a custom implementation.

Please provide more details on which option you are referring to and we will try to help. Also, please tell us where exactly you are trying to add this video.

Hi Andrii!

In my dashboard, there’s an option to allow for video’s to be uploaded, whenever that box is checked, there’s no option or box for me to add any video url, unless I’m missing where it’s located and just not seeing the box to add the video url?

Also, either of these areas would be good for the video to be placed if the user chose to add a video url on the backend.

Hi, The user just adds it in the gallery like they would a normal photo.

So, the user would need to have the video they want downloaded and then upload that video like they would an image?

Is there a way to have a dedicated box that we can “enable” on Admin dashboard that would allow the user to simply add a Youtube, Vimeo, etc. video URL during the sign up process?

It seems very difficult for the new user to have a video that they’ve downloaded and have to upload.

Would it be possible to add a URL box for the user to simply add the URL to their Youtube, Vimeo video?

Hi,

Yes, this feature allows you to add videos where you previously added images to your listing. If you need to add other fields to your listing to add a URL, I recommend using listing attributes, please check this doc: How to add listing attributes - HivePress Help Center
