Please make sure that “per vendor” mode is not enabled in HivePress/Settings/Bookings, this mode moves all the booking settings to the profile form (it’s used if vendors are persons providing services, so their listings have common booking settings and calendar). Another way would be removing these fields via a code snippet but some of these settings are required for bookings to work (e.g. Booking From, Booking To, Slot Duration).
